2023 & 2024 - Private Room Rental Rates Private room rental rates apply to private parties, wedding receptions (Nov 1 - March 31), and groups engaged in activities in which funds are raised, admission is charged, donations are solicited, tickets are sold or products are sold prior to or during the activity. Non-profits hosting an event that is not for official business (board/staff meetings or the like) are charged at the private rate. 2023 & 2024 Non-Profit Rates: Non-profits will receive a 15% discount on the private rental rate from Monday morning thru 4pm on Friday. A non-profit is described as public, civic or social organizations (conducting official business, such as staff meetings, board meetings and the like) which are not charging a fee, soliciting donations, selling tickets or charging admission. Non-profit rates do not apply to weekend rentals. 501(c)3 status must be confirmed to receive the non-profit rate when applicable. NOTE: All rentals subject to 5.5% State/County sales tax according to Dept of Revenue tax guidelines. To qualify for the daytime rates, your event may begin loading in as early as 8 a.m. and must be completely cleaned up and out of the space by 5 p.m. Minimum rental is Half-Day.
The Bolz Conservatory is available to add to your rental after public hours for
evening events. Cost: $150 + tax when added to a rental EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE Bolz Conservatory $150.00 (when added to a rental - available after 4pm only)
