Approved Caterers Olbrich Botanical Gardens is a City of Madison public park. Because the Gardens is publicly funded, each of these caterers has liability insurance with the City of Madison and has paid a security deposit. In addition, each caterer remits 12-percent of the total food sales from an event to Olbrich. Due to Public Health Food & Safety regulations, potluck or carry-ins are not allowed without prior approval from Olbrich Botanical Gardens. Please contact the Rental Coordinator as listed below. Alcoholic beverages Blue Plate Catering carries the liquor license for Olbrich Botanical Gardens thru 2010. Any and all alcoholic beverage service must be sold and served through Blue Plate Catering.
