Celebrate Thai culture surrounding our Thai Pavilion and Thai Garden at our biennial Thai Fest!

Festivities include...

  • Traditional Thai dance performances by the Thai Cultural and Fine Arts Institute of Chicago
  • Interactive demonstrations by the UW-Madison Thai Student Association including traditional Thai dance using bamboo poles
  • Loy Krathong family activity with Olbrich's Education Department ($2 per person)
  • Thai cuisine for purchase from Sa-Bai Thong

Rice noodle stir fried with tofu, bean sprouts, green onion, cabbage, radish, ground peanut, egg, yellow tofu and cilantro.

Ground shrimp and chicken with carrot, cilantro, water chestnut wrapped with spring roll skin, served golden brown with house sauce.

Chicken with curry powder, potato, carrot, onion and cilantro wrapped with all purpose flour skin.
