Night Circus in the Gardens

This year’s theme, Night Circus in the Gardens, features a mystical, magical, circus with live performers, music, and delicious food. Our evening begins with hors d’oeuvres and live music in the Gardens, followed by dinner and dancing under beautiful white tents as the sun sets over Lake Monona.

Chopped baby bibb lettuce with pickled apples, shallots and carrots, tossed with a smoked carrot vinaigrette


Charcuterie Board - Presented in the center of your table brimming with grilled garlic and black peppercorn beef tenderloin, lemon pesto chicken, locally prepared Italian sausage accompanied by an assortment of Wisconsin cheeses, grilled asparagus, burst tomato caprese with balsamic dressing, pesto pasta salad with fresh vegetables and baguettes

Volunteers will be circulating during the event selling tickets, or stop by the station near the garden entrance. The necklace will be displayed in a case on the dance floor after 7:30 p.m. During dinner, redeem your tickets for keys and try your luck with the lock!

Champagne Toast

Enjoy a limited edition Korbel Rouge red champagne with your table guests! Blended primarily from Sonoma County Pinot Noir, this bubbly bridges the gap between the flavors of a red wine and the pop of champagne. A perfect way to continue the celebration! Glassware included. After-Dinner Whiskey

Finish your meal with Queen Jennie sorghum whiskey, aged in small charred oak barrels and distilled from 100% Wisconsin Sorghum at Old Sugar Distillery. Raise a glass to this local libation! Glassware included. Donated by Julie Herfel and Libbey Food Service.


Garden Lighting Package

Add dramatic lighting to you home landscape! This package includes10 up-lights, four copper path lights, transformers and all equipment needed, plus design and installation. Cocktail Party in the Rose Garden

Bid on an exclusive opportunity to host a private cocktail and hors d’oeuvres party in Olbrich’s stunning Rose Garden! This package includes savory hors d’oeuvres for up to 20 guests prepared by Market Street Diner (a local Food Fight Restaurant) use of the Rose Garden, and Blue Plate Catering’s bar services (cost of beverages additional). An elegant party package you will not find anywhere else!

Note: Specific event dates and times (3 hour maximum - evening hours only) must be arranged with Olbrich Gardens and Market Street Diner. Package can be increased to 50 guests with an additional catering cost.
