dahlia tuber sale
Noon - 3 p.m.
Dahlias are late summer bloomers popular for their extravagant blooms, diverse forms, and bright colors. They're subtropical annuals grown each year from tubers dug up in the fall and overwintered in a cool, dry environment. The sale is organized by the Badger State Dahlia Society. Local gardening experts, master gardeners, and Olbrich's horticulturists will be available to answer questions. Bring photos of your landscape for design advice from landscape architects! Olbrich members save 20% off purchases in the Growing Gifts shop on Friday, May 11. Proceeds from the sale benefit Olbrich Botanical Gardens.
