Donor Recognition
With permission from the donor, Olbrich recognizes all gifts to the Gardens in Olbrich's quarterly newsletter, the Garden News, and in Olbrich's Annual Report.
Olbrich Loyal Friends: Olbrich supporters who have made donations for ten consecutive years but have not yet reached $3,000 in cumulative giving are considered Olbrich's Loyal Friends. They are invited to an annual tour of the Gardens given by members of the Conservatory and Horticulture staff.
The Olbrich Circle: Donors whose cumulative giving to the Gardens is $3,000 or more are invited to join the Olbrich Circle. This group represents Olbrich's closest friends and is honored each year with a special reception. Circle members are considered members for life and are no longer required to pay annual dues. However, they are asked to make an annual donation to support the Gardens. They also enjoy special privileges such as being the first shoppers at Olbrich's annual Plant Sale.
Donors' Arbor: With permission from the donor, Olbrich recognizes cumulative giving to the Gardens with a bronze plaque on the Donors' Arbor, a lovely Prairie style wisteria arbor that serves at the gateway to the Gardens. Categories for recognition of cumulative giving range from $5,000 to $1 million. The Arbor is updated annually.
Garden Benches: Individual
gifts of $10,000 can be recognized with a bronze plaque on a garden
bench placed in the Gardens. Olbrich staff works with each donor
to determine the general placement of the bench.
Other Recognition
Opportunities: Additional recognition opportunities such
as tribute stones and column plaques are available during special
fund-raising campaigns. Currently no special campaign is underway.
